WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In this course, you'll build practical self-awareness and self-management skills using the DISC behavioural model as your lens. You'll learn to recognise the four DISC styles and your own emotional and behavioural patterns, gather and act on feedback about how you come across at work, and apply self-reflection techniques to complete and interpret your personal DISC profile. You'll then analyse your own effectiveness and well-being to define your strengths, blind spots and personal brand, before evaluating strategies to sustain stress management, work-life balance, and personal brand development, turning a personality framework into a lasting self-management practice.
Who Should Attend
- Professionals, executives and managers (PMEs) who want to strengthen self-awareness at work
- Team members preparing for the Leading Others and Leading Functions modules of the wider DISC series
- Anyone new to behavioural-styles frameworks — no prior DISC or psychometric knowledge required
